In keeping with the “champion building” philosophy of Faithful Central Bible Church, the Ministry of Spiritual Development functions to enhance the doctrinal, devotional, and developmental areas of believers in our body.

We have several ministries under Spiritual Development where one can learn, grow, serve, and be challenged to greater conformity into the image of Christ:

  • Decision Counselors
    Decision Counselors guide prospective members in the areas of salvation, commitment to Christ, church membership, and prayer. Counselors must be interviewed, and attend and complete training classes prior to serving.

  • Discover Your Purpose
    The Discover Your Purpose Ministry strives to see members actively engaged and faithfully serving in a ministry that is fulfilling, uplifting, and edifying to the church body.

  • Evangelism and Outreach
    The Evangelism Ministry functions to equip and train believers to “make disciples” of all nations.

  • Membership Orientation
    Prospective members interested in joining FCBC are referred to the Membership Orientation Ministry where they can learn all about the Family of Champions.
