Faithful Central Bible Church (FCBC) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.
In the course of serving its customers, FCBC acquires, stores and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information such as the customers name, address, telephone number, and credit card data is provided to FCBC by its customers in order to establish service. Other information such as the customers account status, choice of services, and customer logs is created and maintained by FCBC in the normal course of providing service.
FCBC will protect the confidentiality of its customers information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, FCBC has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place.
FCBC will not disclose any customer information to third parties nor will it use this information for purposes other than to maintain customer accounts or to update customers on service changes (such as new features). The following exceptions apply to this rule: (1) FCBC is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal processes that FCBC determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; (2) FCBC may provide information to law enforcement agencies if it deems in its sole discretion that contents obtained by FCBC appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
